Modules

One host. Five specialists. Contract what your venue needs.

Alba is always the single face your clients talk to. Each module covers one phase of the sales day —from the first reply to the client who comes back—. Start with the phase that hurts most and add the rest whenever you want: everything runs on the same platform, the same channels, the same console, the same guardrails.

One conversation, one Alba — no matter how many modules you activate.
Modules switch on per venue. Adding one is configuration, not a migration.
Every module reports its own results in your console, from day one.
Lucero · First response and quoting2:47 a.m.

Every inquiry answered in minutes, any hour.

Lucero answers on WhatsApp and email around the clock, understands the request — date, guest count, event type — and checks your real availability before offering anything. She builds the quote from your rooms and your prices, and re-quotes instantly if the client changes something.

Answers in minutes, day or night, on WhatsApp or email
Understands date, guest count and event type from the first message
Checks your real availability before offering a date
Quotes from your rooms and your prices — and re-quotes instantly if the client changes something
The metric it lives by: first-reply time and inquiries answered.
Cenit · Follow-up and negotiation12:04 p.m.

The follow-up your team never has time for.

Cenit doesn't let a single quote go cold: she follows up with judgment until she gets a yes or a no, respecting the contact hours and limits you set. If the client pushes back, she negotiates within the margins you pre-authorize — date changes, concessions, package rework — and every number she offers is computed by the system, never improvised.

Follows up on every quote until it gets a yes or a no
Respects your contact policy: quiet hours and a cap on touches
Negotiates only within limits you authorize in advance
Every number she offers is computed by the system — never improvised
The metric it lives by: quotes recovered and revenue reactivated.
Ocaso · Closing and collection7:21 p.m.

From "yes" to deposit collected — no one chasing a transfer.

The moment the client accepts, Ocaso sends the payment link, confirms the deposit and locks the date. Booking status is owned by the system, and wherever you want a hand on the wheel, she asks for your approval before moving a step.

Sends the payment link as soon as the client says yes
Confirms the deposit and locks the date automatically
Booking status is owned by the system, not a spreadsheet
Asks for your approval at the steps where you choose to keep control
The metric it lives by: time from yes to paid deposit.
Vela · Coordination11:47 p.m.

Everything between the deposit and event night, coordinated.

Vela tracks the menu, the schedule, setup and guest-count changes. She reminds the client and your team of every pending item before it becomes a problem, and the client sees their own event — quote, payments, details — in one place.

Reminds the client and your team of every pending item before the deadline
The client sees their event's quote, payments and details in one place

Aurora · Post-event and return5:58 a.m. +1

The event ends. The relationship doesn't.

Aurora thanks the client, asks for the review while the event is still fresh, and reaches out again as a date that matters approaches — an anniversary, a yearly celebration. The client who already trusted you becomes tomorrow's lead.

Thanks the client and asks for the review while the event is still fresh
Keeps track of the dates that matter to reach out at the right moment
Turns every past client into a future booking opportunity
Doesn't rely on someone remembering to follow up
The metric it lives by: reviews captured and repeat bookings.

How you contract it

Per module
Contract only the phase you need. It switches on for your venue and starts reporting its own results from day one. Add more modules whenever you want — no migrations.
Full Alba
The five modules working as a single cycle: from the first reply to the client who comes back, with nothing dropped between one phase and the next. This is how Alba is designed to work — the full cycle is the story you already see in the demo.

There's a free tier at launch. After that you pay for the modules you activate: per confirmed booking plus a subscription. The numbers go in the demo, in writing.
